Named for the historic Sonoma County cycling trail, Sweetwater Espresso is our first post-blended espresso. Because the pressure at which espresso is brewed, the trickier it is to highlight several flavor notes equally. So we roast each component bean to it’s own pinnacle of possibility and blend them so that the whole is greater than the sum of it’s parts.

Regions: Atitlan, Guatemala & Copan, Honduras & Minas Gerias, Brazil

Elevations: 600 – 1800m

Cultivars: Caturra, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Catuai, & Acaia

Processing: Natural, washed & sun-dried

Roast Level: Post blended
