Organic Hambela Estate, Ethiopia
Farm: Hambela Estate is sourced from the third generation, family owned business. Their farmland was awarded to their grandmother, Africa's first female pilot, after World War II. She transformed the fertile land, full of wild coffee trees, into a private coffee estate. The estate is committed to environmentally and socially minded practices, including responsible waste water disposal, sponsoring local schools and supporting health initiatives.
Cupping Notes: A well-rounded cup with medium acidity, fruity aromas and full body with notes of raspberry, tangerine and butterscotch.
