This isn’t your grandparent’s French roast. We roast organic Red Rooster just inside the French roast spectrum. Enough to give you the roasty notes you’d expect, but not so much so, as to lose the sweetness that these beans hold. This is an organic French roast designed to keep culinary aficionados interested, while appealing to the everyman as well.

Processing: Washed & sun-dried
