SCAA 2008 Conference & Exhibition
Mark Inman begins his presidential year

The world of specialty coffee was all caffeined up 2-5 May in Minneapolis, MN for the 20th annual SCAA Conference & Exhibition. It was quite a whirlwind trip for those of us at Taylor Maid Farms, but we were very honored and proud to see our leader and chief, Mark Inman, as he presented his conference “Roots”.

This begins the presidential year for Mark, and it started out with widespread excitement. Between the USBC, the roasting classes, the cupping labs, the organic acid work shops, the show room floor, brewing equipment, and all the espresso we drank, we at Taylor Maid managed to bring back the latest and greatest information in the specialty coffee world.
