Blending fine coffees can be challenging, and creating a truly unique and superior espresso blend is even more so. The conventional wisdom used to make a wonderful breakfast blend, like Rise and Shine, is turned upside-down for Espresso Series A; instead of looking for lively coffees, we seek out smoother varieties for espresso. Each sample is then pulled through the espresso machine to note its performance in the highly pressurized process. To maintain the integrity of our blends, we continue to taste them year round÷adding sugar, cream, and steamed milk in varying degrees.

It is an intensive, painstaking, and sometimes surprising endeavor. We wouldn't have it any other way.
