Regular care and maintenance will significantly extend the life of your equipment, maintain performance and decrease costly down time. Taylor Maid Farms offers Preventative Maintenance Plans, Water Treatment Systems, and Repair Service (regular scheduled and 24 hour Emergency) to keep your equipment working for you.

Preventative Maintenance (PM)

We keep your machines working for you with our Preventative Maintenance program. We replace gaskets and seals, and inspect ten critical areas to keep you equipment functioning properly.

We proudly guarantee our work. Taylor Maid Farms is providing service during the hours of 8-5 Monday-Friday. Evening and weekend work is available at an additional cost.

Preventative Maintenance on Conventional Machines

Replacing: Portafilter gaskets, dispersion screens, steam valve seals. Inspecting: pressure switches, Procon pump, auto fill system, sight glass assembly, water filter, group valves, boiler probes, pressure relief valve, vacuum breaker gasket, portafilter baskets and grinder burrs.

1 group machine $315 per visit
2 group machine $350 per visit
3 group machine $395 per visit
4 group machine $440 per visit

Preventative Maintenance of Franke Ecolino or Evolution

Replace brew/group O rings, inspect and clean brew/group, remove group to replace o-ring and seals, removing group motor, boiler probes pressure release valve, check for leaks on steam valve, clean and adjust grinder.

$275 per visit.

Water Treatment

Water quality is one of the most important factors in the maintenance of your coffee and espresso equipment, not to mention the quality of the coffee or espresso served. We can test your water (on site) for hardness and recommend the proper water treatment system (filters) and replacement schedule for your individual use and water conditions.

Service Work

We provide service on: Nuova Simonelli, Rancilio, Franke, La Marzocco, Grimac, La Vittoria, BUNN, Fetco, Ditting, and Mahlkonig. We work on many other makes and models, so if you have a brand of equipment that is not listed, give us a call to see if one of our experts can help you. Our technicians are available Mon-Friday 8am-5pm.

NON-Taylor Maid Farms Coffee and Tea accounts:
Labor: $16.25 per 15min.
Taylor Maid Farms Coffee and Tea customers who own their own equipment:
Labor: $8.75 per 15 min.
Taylor Maid Farms Coffee and Tea customers who use loaned equipment:
Labor: $10.00 per 15 min.
All service customers will be assigned a $30.00 trip charge. Parts are provided at an additional cost.

Warranty Work

We provide first year warranty parts and service on: Nuova Simonilli, Rancilio, Franke, La Marzocco, and BUNN. Our technicians are factory trained.
