Orders placed Friday through Monday at Noon will be shipped on Tuesday.
Orders placed Monday after Noon through Thursday will be shipped on Friday.
We ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Arrival time is not guaranteed; please base any expectation on UPS' tracking system. We’re happy to provide the UPS tracking number. UPS states that 3-Day Select packages will arrive 2-3 postal days after they are shipped. We do not ship internationally.

We will do everything that we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
Our coffees or teas are not returnable or refundable at any time. However, if for any reason the product is defective, or if we have made an error on the order, we will correct it right away. If there is a defective piece of equipment or non-parishable item, we will either exchange it or issue a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of the sales invoice. Mail it back to us with the original shipping label or invoice and we’ll issue a credit.
